At the end of the FAST LISA project, we will publish a report and a dashboard that will provide information about the claims we have received. This report will be available to the public and provide an overview of the most common complaints and issues that were brought to our attention.

Who is Pro Arbeit?
Pro Arbeit, as a local employment centre, has been providing basic support for job seekers under the Social Security Code II (SGB II) in the Offenbach district since 2005. They help individuals facing social challenges by providing benefits to secure their livelihood and assisting them in finding employment and achieving long-term self-support.
